“Provincial Civil Service Assistant Fourth Level (Non-Technical/Technical) Positions for Promotion, Open, and Inclusive Advertisement 2081-82”

Details of the Examination:

Examination Format: Written, Practical, and Interview.
Examination Notice: The notice will be published later.
Examination Center: Janakpur Dham.

Application Fee:

For Assistant Fourth Level positions, the application fee is NPR 300 (Three Hundred). For each additional group or category applied for, an extra fee of NPR 150 (One Hundred Fifty) must be submitted.

Application Deadlines:

• Regular Deadline: Until 2081/10/16.
• Extended Deadline with Double Fee: Until 2081/10/23.

Age Limit:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old by 2081/10/16.
• Maximum age limits:
  • Male candidates: 35 years.
  • Female candidates: 40 years.
  • For Engineering, Agriculture, Forestry, and Health Services: 40 years.
  • Permanent civil servants are exempt from age limits.

Application Submission and Payment Process:

Applications must be submitted through the online application system. After submitting the form in the “My Application” section, click on the Pay Button in the relevant advertisement section. Select a bank (either Rastriya Banijya Bank or Nepal Bank Limited) and choose either Online or Offline Payment to complete the process.

Online Payment:

1. Select “Online Payment” and click Next.
2. Pay via Connect IPS using one of the linked wallets.

Offline Payment:

1. Select “Offline Payment” and click Next.
2. Download the voucher by clicking “Click Here.”
3. Print the voucher and make the payment at the designated bank.

The fee, whether regular or double, must be deposited no later than 2081/10/23.

Required Documents to Upload:

1. Academic Qualifications: Certificates in PDF format.
2. Experience Certificate: As specified by the commission.
3. License/Professional Certificates.
4. Documents for inclusive categories: (if applicable).
5. Photograph, Signature, and Citizenship Certificate in JPG format.

Details of the Job Positions:

1. Services and Groups: As per the job advertisement.
2. Salary: According to the laws of the Madhesh Province.
3. Administrative Ministry: Based on the service, group, or subgroup.

Minimum Educational Qualification:

Assistant Fourth Level (Non-Technical/Technical)

Candidates must not be disqualified as per Section 16 of the Provincial Civil Service Act, 2077 and must meet the following qualifications:

1. Administration Service, General Administration Group:

   • SLC or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.

2. Agriculture Service, Crop Development Group:

   • SLC with at least 1-year JTA certification (Agriculture Science) or TSLC in Agriculture.

3. Agriculture Service, Soil Science Group:

   • Same as the Crop Development Group.

4. Agriculture Service, Fisheries Group:

   • SLC with at least 1-year JTA certification (Agriculture or Animal Science) or TSLC in Agriculture or Animal Science.

5. Agriculture Service, Veterinary Group:

   • SLC with at least 1-year JTA certification (Animal Science) or TSLC in Animal Science.

Note:

• Academic qualifications must meet GPA 1.6 or higher.
• If applying under the inclusive category, additional documents proving eligibility (e.g., Madeshi, Dalit, Janajati, economically deprived, or disabled) must be submitted.
